Do I pay online even if I'm buying locally?
Yes! When you get to checkout for shipping method choose customer pickup. Then I'll contact you via email with pickup location, date and times.
How do I go about placing custom orders?
Add the desired length and size of the press on set you want example ( Short Custom Set, add your finger sizes Xs,S,M,L or XL ] then leave your phone number,social media handle or email in the Add notes selection at checkout and I'll contact you immediately after to get your desired looks and touches on your press on set.
What if I don't know my finger nail sizes?
Don't worry I got youuuu! You can purchase one of our sizing charts and size each finger tip individually and write them on your sizing chart and send me a picture of your sizing chart once your done and we'll know your finger sizes forever and you'll never need another sizing chart ever again!
After my order is placed,as a local shopper how long will it take to receive my order?
If the nails aren't already made and on hand the turn around time is usually 48-72 hours. Check out our On Hand Items In categories and everything we have on hand will be there.
Internationally....After my order is placed, how long will it take to deliver?
Given that each set is handmade to order, once you place your order we strive to deliver within 5-7 business days (this excludes holidays and weekends). This allows us time to ensure your nails will be made carefully and up to our standards.
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final.
How long will the nails last?
Wear and tear is specific to each customer, but with proper maintenance and care, the nails can last anywhere from 10-14 days.
Are the nails reusable?
This is dependent upon your preferred method of application. Using nail tabs (not included) to apply the nails will guarantee more usability. If applying glue, we’d recommend filing off the inside of the press on to recreate the original smooth finish. After filing, use a cotton swab and nail polish remover to remove any access residue before reapplying the nails.
Are press ons safe for my natural nails?
Absolutely and they will not damage your natural nail bed, especially if you follow the proper application and removal process.
Am I limited from washing, swimming and performing other water-related activities with these nails?
Not at all, you can wash dishes, swim and continue your normal day activities while wearing these. However for maximum wear, we’d advise against doing these activities frequently and for long periods of time.
What is the best way to remove the nails?
You can soak your nails in warm water for 10-15 minutes or rub olive oil/nail polish remover around the nail and use a cuticle pusher to help pry the nail off. We do not ever recommend pulling them off, this can result in nail damage.
Can I file or cut the nails to my preference?
Yes, typically about an hour after application, nails can be gently filed to desired length and shape. Please note any damage to the nail or the nail art after doing so is 100% not our fault.
Can I request a design not listed on the site?
Yes,just send me your inspiration picture via email or direct message via social media and if I can fulfill your wishes I’ll let you know if i can accommodate the style(s] or not!
